We hosted 28 union members from 25 confederations in our ministry as part of the Institutional Capacity Development and Digital Transformation Training Program.
As a part of the training program on "Institutional Capacity Development and Digital Transformation" organized in collaboration with the International Labour Confederation (ILC) and the Center for Labour and Social Security Training and Research (ÇASGEM), we hosted 28 union members from 25 confederations across 19 countries at our Ministry.
On January 9th 2025, we hosted 28 union members from 25 confederations across 19 countries at our Ministry as a part of the "Institutional Capacity Development and Digital Transformation" training program, carried out in collaboration with the International Labor Confederation (ILC), of which Memur-Sen is a member, and the Center for Labour and Social Security Training and Research (ÇASGEM).
Before the training program held between January 9-12, a presentation was given to the union members by representatives of the Directorate General of Labour, followed by another presentation by our experts on the ongoing activities and job descriptions of the Directorate General.
Following the presentations, our Director General Oğuz TUNCAY answered participants' questions, which focused on topics such as what kind of solutions are developed for the problems faced by our citizens living abroad and what policies are implemented for foreign employees who have migrated to our country.
