The 3rd Steering Committee Meeting of the İSDEP-2 Project Held

The 3rd Steering Committee Meeting of the Support for Transition to Labor Market Project (İSDEP-2), coordinated by Directorate General of International Labour Force and funded by the European Union, was held on February 18, 2025, at our Ministry's headquarters.

The meeting began with opening speeches by Mr. Ali AYBEY, Director General of International Labour Force; Ms. Esther BOUMA, Deputy Head of the Humanitarian and Social Development Section of the European Union Delegation to Türkiye; Mr. Rene Antonio LEON SOLANO, Human Development Program Leader at the World Bank; Mr. Alper KÜÇÜK, Director General of International Affairs and Migration Services of the Turkish Red Crescent, and Mr. Oğuz DÜZGÜN, Head of the Active Labor Market Services Department of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).  During the meeting, the implementation processes of the project, progress made, and future plans were discussed.

Representatives from our Directorate General, the Turkish Employment Agency, and the Turkish Red Crescent delivered comprehensive presentations on the activities carried out. The meeting also included evaluations on the steps to be taken in the upcoming period and potential areas for further cooperation.
