The Turkish Labour and Social Security Attaché's Office in Karlsruhe Participated in UID Women Baden's Event on Elderly Care

Turkish Labor and Social Security Attaché Dr. Neslihan AKDEMİR KAPLAN participated in the event titled "Cultural and Respectful Care for Our Elders Who Have Contributed to the Society"organized by UID Women Baden in Pforzheim.

The meeting, one of the first comprehensive events for senior citizens in the region, was also attended by representatives of various non-governmental organizations.

During the event, information was provided on the social security rights of elderly citizens living in Germany, the Turkey-Germany Social Security Agreement, and long-term care insurance processes. During the program, participants were also informed about issues such as the development process of guest workers, the social role of care services, cultural sensitivity, health guarantees, and legal rights, and their questions were answered.
