Cooperation Visits were Paid in Germany in the fields of Vocational Qualifications and Active Labour Force Services

A delegation from our Directorate General paid several visits in Germany on 14-17 October 2025 in order to establish long term institutional cooperation between our Ministry and institutions of Germany in the fields of vocational qualifications and active labour force services.

The delegation comprising Labour Experts of our Directorate General Ebuzer Çeliker and Atilla Ethem Zeybek along with Mustafa Sürücü, Labour and Social Security Attaché in Berlin, was accompanied by officials from German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and from Maltepe University.

Within the scope of the visit, meetings were convened with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Germany, Federal Agency of Employment, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans as well as Federal Institute of Qualifications. Centres for applied professional development were visited and the opening reception held in Berlin Embassy of Republic of Türkiye within the scope of German-Turkish Economy Conference was also attended.

At the meetings, topics of discussion such as contributing to raising qualified labour force and employment opportunities, conducting scientific work in this field and establishing close cooperation between our Labour and Social Security Attachés in Germany, local chambers along with employment agencies were addressed in the light of needs and priorities determined in Türkiye and Germany.
