The 4th Consultation Meeting of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security’s Overseas Organization was Held

The 4th Consultation Meeting of the Overseas Organization, organized to strengthen coordination between the units forming our Ministry's overseas organization and the central organization, and to increase the effectiveness of activities carried out at our overseas units, was held online on 14 September 2026.

The meeting, chaired by our Director General Ali Aybey, was attended by our overseas representatives as well as managers and staff from our Ministry's central organization.

In the first part of the meeting, which addressed matters within the duties and responsibilities of our Department of Administrative Services, information was provided on BELGENET operations and procedures. In this context, the document registration system, document routing procedures, document creation, and e-signature procedures were discussed.

In the second part of the meeting, the Overseas Organization Salary Service provided information on salary procedures. The meeting continued with briefings from the Overseas Treatment Service and the Travel Allowance Service on their respective procedures.

The program concluded with the collection of agenda requests for the next consultation meeting and information on the date of that meeting.
