"Strategic Coordination and Cooperation Workshop" was held by our General Directorate within the scope of the Employment, Education and Social Policies Sectoral Operational Program.

Graced by the presence of Minister of Labour and Social Security, Prof. Dr. Vedat Işıkhan, the workshop was attended by Zeki Korkutata, Member of the Health, Family, Labour and Social Affairs Commission of the Parliament and Deputy, Jurgis Vilčinskas, Chargé d'affaires of the European Union Delegation to Turkey, and Gorazd Rencelj, the Ambassador of Slovenia in Türkiye.

The workshop was also attended by representatives of the European Union Delegation to Turkey, Ministry of Foreign Affairs European Union Presidency (NIPAC), Ministry of Family and Social Services, Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Social Security Institution, the Turkish Employment Agency, as well as our universities and stakeholders contributing to the programming of IPA funds.

The held within the scope of workshop and in Davos format, the first panel was moderated by our General Manager Ali Aybey. The institutional gains achieved by our Ministry and Institutions in the IPA processes, the alignment and inclusiveness of IPA funds with national social policy, the impacts of fiscal aid on the field, and the opportunities available for our country in the forthcoming period were addressed in the panel.

The second panel of the workshop was moderated by Our Acting Director General Dr. Selim Dağlıoğlu. Drawing attention to the facilitating role of inter-institutional communication during the panel, it was stressed that firm communication lies at the basis of effective cooperation. It was also stated that design-related social externalities in projects turned into success stories owing firm communication. It was also noted that the institutional capacity bolstered through the systems established within the scope of IPA funds increased our country's communication and coordination power in international networks.
